Joint Ventures
The Giant Group has interests in three UAE based JV’s. Our first JV, Gulf Footwear Co. LLC was established in 1994 and was soon followed by Paragon Footwear LLC. Both facilities are based in Ajman and are pioneers in the region for the manufacture of high quality Leather, Arabic and Comfort sandals.
In 2002, GGC ventured into Men’s Fashion retail with a new JV. Top Brands LLC, which was established to retail some of India’s leading Men’s Fashion brands, Arrow, Color Plus and Park Avenue across major malls in the UAE.
Gulf Footwear
Gulf Footwear Co. LLC was established in 1994 to cater to an untapped market in the Gulf for Ladies and Men’s Fashion Sandals and Children’s Sport Shoes; it is a pioneer in the Gulf for the manufacture of diversified footwear and components.
Gulf Footwear has today evolved into a specialized manufacturer of Ladies, Men’s and Kids leather sandals. It has a unique capability in UAE for the manufacture of PU soles, which gives it the flexibility to manufacture Arabic as well as comfort sandals.
Our success as a niche player in the region lies in bringing the design influences, style and quality of Europe at affordable prices, assisted by the use of modern computer controlled technology.

As a result, Gulf Footwear boasts some of GCC’s largest footwear retailers and wholesalers among its customers.
Paragon
Paragon Footwear, established in 2002 is a sister concern of Gulf Footwear. It differs from Gulf Footwear by making more intricate designs that involve more detailing, specialized leather and smaller production runs.
Arrow
Arrow, has been making shirts since 1851 in the USA and is prevalent across the globe in the US, Europe and Asia. Top Brands has established retail showrooms in prime locations of Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. The Arrow Brand has become pioneer in men’s fashion offering the best quality at affordable value.
ColorPlus
Launched in India in 1993, ColorPlus carved out a niche in the Men’s apparel by pioneering smart casual clothing with the fabric innovation and a range of color options. From the outset, product development has been ColorPlus’s corporate mantra. Its innovations include Wrinkle-Free Chinos, Golf Ball wash, Wrinkle-Free linen, Stain free shirts etc. among many more. ColorPlus uses the highest quality fabrics and finishing processes that give the user the unique comfort and tactile feel.
Park Avenue
Launched in 1986, Park Avenue provides stylish and innovative wardrobe solutions to well-dressed gentlemen.
